How do you even know Xel uses exploits or anything? He mostly does model edits and stuff for this site, along with finding news every now and then. Also even if he does do some exploits it doesn't mean he's doing the same exploits that he is reporting people for doing. Which is not hypocritical, that would be like saying you keeping a wallet you found laying on the street and then reporting someone who you see robbing a bank is being hypocritical. But w/e I'm sure you'll find some way to twist my words in your favor.

Just imagine you're an enhancement shaman, there is a melee team training your healer, you have no peels for him. Then you might aswell switch weps and get this proc once or twice then just switch back. 1sec peel is WAAAAYYY better than no peel at all.
