Well, trust me, i didn't notice any internal cd.
It used to proc continuosly.
From what I'm reading there is no ICD or DR, so I was wrong, but any decent arena team would have it dispelled within 1-2 seconds so the damage loss isn't worth it.
eh, its actually not that bad. Assuming a 5% Proc chance, and a 1.4 and 2.6 second swing time, meaning 0 haste, after 5 seconds there is a (1-.95^(5/1.4)+(5/2.6))= 25% chance to root, 10 seconds is more interesting, because that's the amount of time it roots for, and that value is 43%, meaning that 43% of the time, with 0 haste you will keep someone rooted 43% of the time. Which doesn't suck!
These numbers are estimates, obviously no one will have 0 haste, at the same time, there might be dodges, parries and the occasional miss, plus the equation I used doesn't ignore partial swings, but for napkin math, it's fair to say that ABOUT 43% of the time you will stun every 10 seconds.
protip: equip this set and use it against dbl dps that cant dispel ?
protip: Hit 1500 before telling 'protips'
Cloak, HoF, Priest 4 piece, Fade are just a few ways to get out of it, not to mention a trinket because they are going to global you if you use these, you're losing 600 stam and 260 resilience for a proc that isn't that good anyway.
should click the cross in upper-right corner of your screen if you report exploit users and really think that nobody can do unfair tricks.
Yes, and after 100 runs of strath you are guaranteed to get the death charger mount, correct? NO. The percentages are always 5% they do not go up the more times you hit them. And I stand by my statement, for a dispellable roots you are loosing soooo much damage and stats it's just not worth it.
I report bug abusers. Deal with it.Why are you on mmowned if you report bugs/exploiters?
This is not the site for you.
Seriously.
Do I have an exe for YOU!
Serious note: I don't know, I could probably go for a QA job, really. Reporting bugs 24/7 in game environments - it's something that I'm good at, might as well start making the cash that should have come with it from the start. I even hear there's some nice places making MMOs and even FPSs that need QA testers, and pay upwards of 70k/year USD for entry wage testing.
