Hunter Fire Pet

I dusted my hunter off just to try this - great find! I named mine 'TheRoof' and have been having fun in low level PvP with it.

Just tested this, pet turns into a normal raptor when you relog so dont relog xD
Really cool tho, but sad it doesnt work longer.

I just relog and dissmiss me pet and he didnt turn back into raptor he still on fire =O

Interestingly, your pet only shows as a raptor on the character select screen, in game it's still the patch of fire.

So no, this isn't fixed.

Wierd, I actually didnt do it myself, i was the one with quest item. I didnt see the pet except for just when i helped him but he said it was a normal raptor after he relogged, but you are probably right. He might have lied or saw wrong on character screen or something.

Astounding work. Blizzard generally never removes pets through things like this so we will see.

Apparently not working anymore...

I tried twice, it did explode but taming was not complete; I did not get the pet. As soon as it explodes, taming is over and u only get to see the flame patch on the ground nothing else.

Still working as of 5 mins ago on EU at least. Tamed 2 incase I get caught with 1 ;P

Still working for me, just helped another friend get it, US realms. and I see according to "Deadrap" He got it on EU. so I blame user error :\
