I know some of you don't have PvPers in your guild, considering I didn't find a thread about this ( I will admit I didn't go to great links looking.)

Obtain a team that has 2200+ current rating, hit up trade chat etc buy a 2200 carry. doesn't matter.

Win 1 game with all guild members your personal rating doesn't matter.

this sounds more like a theory and with no explanation on how to really do it; telling others to google it. Might as well just closed this thread.
