Yeah, they change back to horde tabards when you get a load screen.

Got the tabards on 3 of my toons.

On my Mage I ported to TB to do dailies, logged out then back in to see if it would change to horde but it stayed blue Alliance.
On my Druid took the port from shat to org then took the port back to blasted lands and re logged and it stayed Alliance Blue tabard

I've been logging in and out since trying this yesterday and they're still sitting in my bags. If they're disappearing for some people it's probably because you had their equivalents in your bags. I don't have any of the Horde ones on me at the moment and the Alliance ones have yet to disappear.

Hotfixed on May 2nd. Mine have yet to change or disappear, and the Water Shield nerf etc. seems to be live.

You can still get these, but you have until the server restart to get them.

Maintenance on US servers is scheduled for Tuesday may 3rd 5:00 AM PDT to 11:00 AM PDT. If your server hasn't restarted or gone down before then, you can probably still buy them.

Basically, as of this post, you have about an hour.

Had mine since 4.1 came out and it still hasn't reverted. Make sure to put it in your bank for the upcoming maintenance though.

Still have mine after maintenance and was able to equip it, relog, rezone, and do whatever people were complaining about changing theirs.

Well, apparently the hotfix didn't go through for this (lol?). The vendor still sells them, and just to make sure there wasn't any funny business with "You cannot buy this item" or something like that, I destroyed my precious Private's Tabard and bought another one.
