Character Transfer

Basically I've got hold of a mates account with alot of very nice characters on, he sold me it for a very good price and has give me all the information with the account including the original boxes. I trust him but would prefer it if all the chars were on one account. Whats the easiest way (if any) to change the surname on his account to allow for a character transfer onto my main account? This is for EU btw.

time ago someone said that he succeded changing it by saying hes married but maybe they will ask for a scan of the new and the old ID maybe you just pay a good photoshoper to make them but im not sure of this its just a theory
