Op: the spiders are designed to overwhelm, but with 4 ppl in full epix (or better, heroic epix) could repgrind a fresh 85 im assuming. bring a sham for BL and use a Paladin or DK tank (Druid too, once 4.1 drops) and just burn hard till you wipe.
