if u have last name on the account and u xfer it thats the only way u can keep it. even then theres a chance of him getting it back.

Like EatUrBrains, and Clovian said, get a cd key, a bc key, a game card, and make the account under the same name as the one you stole (if you know the last name) If you don't knwo the last name, try to figure it out. Once you have the account, just xfer the characters over to your new account.

You would need the last name and the SQA. The SQA is now required for transfering to new accounts.
