You need to have Dual Spec with Beast mastery!
Turn Aspect of the cheetah on in BM, then switch spec. You should now have the same walking speed bonus from aspect of the cheetah as you had when you were in BM. It dissapears when you switch aspect.

useless? please explain when you want to use that

I agree with him, it is useless, the time is takes to stand still and swap specs, you will be at your destination faster without doing it.
Also these dual spec "exploits" are old. It's the same as a mage with focus magic, or shaman with earth shield, unless they got fixed, can't remember.
Well, I actually though see this exploit pretty usefull. Sometimes when im farming different clothes in dungeons and such i always want to run as fast as i can since im not able to mount up. I do this and equip a walking staff wich gives me +9%, voila +49% walk speed!

Yeah but do you always keep cheetah on? Because I doubt the buffed cheetah stays on when you switch aspects.
Don't get me wrong, it's nice that you are actually trying to contribute, and for that I applaud you. But none the less, it's not so much an exploit as it is just a neat little tid bit of information that wasn't intended.
I could find use in it if my second spec even was BM. Solo running many old instances could be made loads faster, and you don't need to change aspects cause its all one shotted anyway.
This is extremely useful for me. I use my hunter to farm low level stuff and typically leave cheetah on the entire time since i shot 1

Something isn't useless just because you can't comprehend it's use.
