First this is the video:

1. pull maimgor with your pet while you run to the elevator to the top room

2. run to omnitrons room and stand near staris (Shown in video)

3. re summon pet and wait for maimgor

4. as maimgor approaches the top of the stairs run down the opposite side of the stairs and send in your pet to attack

5.continue to run up and down the stairs kitting maimgor

6. continue running up and down the stairs avoiding the side maimgor And stay summoning pet maimgor will take the aggro from first 4-5 Pets then the aggro will stay on you
7. You can LF People who is already saved from the first 2 bosses they can help you BUT then need Omen Threat Meter so they dont get aggro

it may take 10-40min depends on how many people in your group or whats your class
i tried Warlock Dest - Imp pet and works 100% with assist of Warrior and Shaman(For healing in case of emergency)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you get into Maimgor Line of Sight he will Bite you and you will die so stay away from his LOS

The video was made over a month ago, I highly doubt you made it and are just posting now (which by saying "Video makers" I can only guess you didn't make it). All you did was post someone else's video with someone else's post.

This reminds me of the Flame Leviathan exploit where if you kited him to the enterance, you were able to DPS him down as he slowly reset back to his original position.
