I don't think this is working as intended, I for one have purchased this (purely for vanity) and have noticed that whenever I use a portal, upon reaching my destination the CD timer has been completely reset.

Make the most of it before it is fixed I'd say.

Sorry, but gotta burst your bubble there, upon any kind of zoning the "cooldown" is removed, but albeit it's only visual. If you try clicking it you will not be able to use it as it still has a cooldown left. This can be majorly frustrating when you die in PvE and have to rezone to ress yourself as you can't see how much cooldown you have left on it.
