Hunter MD bugs bosses in old raids

Just found this out recently and I'm thinking it's got to do with 4.0.6. When you MD your pet on some bosses they bug out and are very easy to kill (Illidari Council went down to around 5% hp on pull and Felmyst didn't do any damage and just jumped around!)

on the illidari fight the pet was way back in a corner(MD pulled the warlock boss) and on felmyst it was just regular.

both of them bugged on the 2nd attempts.

also Brutallus doesn't hit with his meteor slash if you tank with a pet which makes the fight very easy.

I haven't tested all content yet but im sure it's bugged in more places, Enjoy!(If you are addicted to old raids like me =D)

You'll need 1 healer for your pet and maybe a dps if you don't have crazy gear. I cleared swp/bt with a blood dk/hunter/hpriest. Requilary of souls in BT is really hard if you don't have 4 people tho but doable. If noone here gets the results i did that's too bad . I'm 99% positive Brutallus will still be facerolled by a hunter pet tho .

When you missdirect something with a hunter it transfers the threat to the target you missdirected and if you don't know what the bosses are go check them out on some info site.


Also. The pet used was a diseased bear if that would matter IDK.

i know how md works just more curious as to how they got the boss to do pretty much nothing with the pet tried with felmist in swp and was not gettting it

Might be that its flying when you pull it dunno, might just be some super rare bug that made it happen aswell. will try it again this week.
