Mount Scaling Bug (not another fail thread of mine ;D)

So, the last thread I posted went down in utter failure.

Hopefully this will be of better standings.

Basically, I bought epic flying on my mage today, and something strange happened.

It scaled 60% ground mounts to 100%, and scaled 150% flyers to 280%.

So, basically, I was hovering above the ground on a 150% flyer when I bought it.

1. Mount 150% and hover
2. Buy epic flying
3. Grats.

Even if it does purposefully scale the 150% flyer to 280%, it CANNOT be intended for it to scale 60% to 100%, as it is called epic flying.

Hate to say it, but this is working as intended, and your slow mounts scale automatically without requiring you to be on your mount when you purchase epic flying. As for your ground mount, that is likely an unintended side effect, true.

False. Mount speed scaling got introduced with the shattering patch (4.0.1)

However, I thought mount scaling occurred at Master Riding and not earlier.
I thought this mainly because I bought epic flying on my mage TODAY and was wondering this very question, mounted on my old 150%, and still HAD 150%.

So unless something has changed in the past 5 hours, then this wasn't working for me for one reason or another.

It is the fact that he does NOT care about the community. All he wants is to get access to the Elite section. He will do anything, which includes pulling out of his ass bullshit info, to get into elite.
