Use it on places like Stratholme, to fly in areas where its not possible normally, from there you can get through the height limit.

At least create your own diagrams, this is clearly taken from somewhere else with edited labels.

There are some places like stratholme where you cant fly, just use this trick to fly there - and you can fly over the height limit from there.

This is kinda like how I get past invisible walls. I just land and take off again and I'm usually through it.
