No need to call bullshit just yet. Maybe there is a bug where you can get it at a lower level. I can't test it because all my chars are over 40.

I got it with my char that is indeed level 15 but i use it for AH and bank only. It is possible that it was in my bank from previous years, cause i open the presents under the tree always but yet, i don't remember having the yeti in my bags from before. If it can't be taken now it must've been fixed. Closing tread.
