You can use Outbreak to apply diseases on rogues with cloak up. It's not intended since Chains and Icy Touch don't do it.
Basically it's very useful against rogues in arenas/battlegrounds to prevent vanish/restealth.

Oh wow seriously, reading this thread made me laugh so hard.

It's an exploit but yea it has been fixed on PTR, so enjoy it while you can.

& Reported for clean up because of all the kids cussing. (It is possible to have a discussion/debate without swearing you know?)
