This works if you accept a warlock summon into Orgrimmar, too not just hearthing! It might work that way as Alliance if you can manage to get one up in Org?

The spring rabbits are definitely the best choice. They scatter every where and make baby bunnies that are marked as unkillable critters, which also scatter.

does normal brown rabbits work aswell?

Seeing that it works from Azshara to Orgrimmar I tried mage porting back to SW, summoning the guardian, then hearthing to SW. Didn't work either.

I accidentally left a keyspammer on summoning pets overnight (about 10 hours). This morning I found it still pumping out pets which were invisible to me. I walked to the gate of Org, DCed and couldn't log back on. I hopped on another char in Org and when i got anywhere near the Org gate I DCed.

Edit: Just confirmed with trade chat that no one could log onto a character in Org on my realm last night, sorry horde of Cenarion Circle :P

We tried it, yes they see your pets when you spawn them.

No, that just means somebody came by with the quest item involving him which tags him. Simply kill him and wait for the next respawn in about 30 seconds.
