Yes he does it has 70% chance to drop. Just killed him and he dropped it

Maybe only on my server but i killed it 5 times and no drop anymore... so.... im on EU Server

in gurubashi US you can loot the item. but you can not use it

Warlocks can still pull off this bug using the Infernal (and possibly Doomguard), go to Azshara, summon Infernal, HS to Org, summon pets. At least it worked for me just a minute ago. :3

I imagine it works with all "Guardian" style pets, but as I only have a warlock, only tried it with that.

confirmed to work with death knights army. Im gonna agree with ostrichtuning on this

confirmed to work with the valkyr guardian spawned from (Nibelung - Item - World of Warcraft)
and i think it also works with the treatants spawned from druids will work to.
