This looks like a new bug in the latest patch. I discovered it by accident when I logged in with torrents running.

Note that this is server side but can only be seen by guildies. I hope you guys find this at least amusing if not useful for some tomfoolery.

I did this earlier when i was scanning with auctioneer i got d/c'ed and noticed this. nobody can see it but makes for cool screenshots

as I already wrote - it's random and it happens on/off all the time, one guildie might see it on his screen but you might not, it's a bug, it'll be fixed

I just had this happen to me by DCing on the Boat in SOTA. Walk onto the Box in the middle of the boat and for some reason it kept pushing me back (almost as if i was not moving with the boat) After trying it afew times i DC'd. Logged back into being
