I think we need a better description to recreate this instead of one lined answers, multiple people seem to be confused

No, just leave the instance and wait 30 min.

1. You have to be the leader when you enter in zg.

2. Kill random boss ie. high Priest Thekal.

3. Loot items.

4. Leave the instance.

5. Wait like 30 min and enter again.

So this is what you are doing and nothing else?
no raid extend?
no raid recreate?
You are doing this solo with another person in the raid but not in ZG?
does this still work after you left the raid and recreated it?

Haven't tried this yet, just want to be as good as possible prepared.

Yea I am confused still. Also sucks I'm not at home to even try it right now lol. But I know it cant be just zoning and waiting 30 minutes. I have a raid lock on my character from when I did it, unless the raid lock in the raid window is wrong, which doesn't seem likely. There HAS to be more to it.

I'm only doing Raptor boss and just entered a new instance, killed raptor boss, looted everything. Left instance, still same raid etc. Went back after 35 min and still no respawn :/

Anyone got respawn on raptor boss so far?

You are doing this solo with another person in the raid but not in ZG? i don't really understand this question, but you have to be outside zg wait 30 min and come back again.
does this still work after you left the raid and recreated it? i didn't tried, but i'll try next softreset

Rosco the pics aren't helpin. We need a better explanation cause it isnt working for a lot of us. Right now it seems like:

1. Enter ZG and kill boss
2. Leave ZG and wait 30 minutes
3. ?????
4. Profit

doesn't work. the status message might tell you xxx/10 bosses killed, but the reality is whatever bosses you killed will be dead (as in the tooltip you see when you mouse-over the raid lockout in your raid window). tried it few times after downing tiger and raptor bosses with 8 hours left in lockout, bosses stayed dead after a soft reset, despite the window telling me 1/10 bosses killed.
US server; WoW 4.0.1

This didnt work:

I invited a random player in STV to a raid (lowlevel if that has anything to do with it)
Entered ZG, Killed Thekal
Left raid and went outside of ZG
Waited 30 min
Invited another random player
Went in, no thekal

Maybe it has something to do with logging off? idk

and i wait already 1 hour and ZG not reset.

Maybe it's needed to make a video Seems too easy to be explained and recreated. Didn't work for me on EU.

Doesn't work for me. The UI incorrectly tells me that 1 Boss is dead when I enter the instance (when in fact 2 are dead), but it doesn't matter anways because both bosses are gone.

Lockout. Normally. So you have to do a soft reset in between?
