This did actually work with Karazhan and probably MC and ZG as well. Didn't get to try it myself but I'm pretty confident it only worked with ZG until the first actual reset, since Karazhan softresetting stopped working today after the weekly reset.

Shame people just had to flame whoever tried to tell you.

MC worked for me, but it was fixed after 3 days.

Killing any boss will save you, there is no way around that. The popup can sometimes say the wrong info, but the bosses that are killed stay dead regardless.

Does not work, no reason it ever would.

It worked last week, since patch till sunday I did kara and ZG everyday, did not tried every 30min but i did everyday +/- around the same time and it worked, sometimes only with the same ppl that was with you before, others with other random ppl in raid.
ATM it doesn't work anyone since it was hotfixed (silent) this week.

it still works. Ppl (include me) in my guild have 2 bugged MC saves and one bugged TK save (this save can be shared with others and someone tell me it can be extended for next week, but i cant confirm it, maybe after this reset... ill see). Still no one knows how to replicate it :\ it seems to be completely random bug, but its funny, my guildmate has lvl 60+ 36weeks and he killed ragnaros 50x )

a friend I know just got banned for this on an EU server. I can't even get it work on my US server.

It's pretty obvious though and there's a high risk of getting caught.
