nvm (filler) :b
I had a Druid named Hurgregin, a randomized name, and someone mentioned it spells *****gruh backwords, so I reported myself in an attempt for a free name change, but, I guess the GM was black, or didn't read my ticket very well, he banned me for three days, boy, did I feel dumb. Definatly don't report yourself.
According to wikipedia, "you kow" is a blocked phrase, because it's a gold selling website, I have not tested it, though.

rofl.. choweyiii you made my day...
Well.. I found a "logic" explanation to why we can't type mmoinn ... looks like this server-side check doesn't count any space/characters other than letters and is blocking mmoinn, which explains why we can't type "an MMO IN Nearly". This is an interesting server-side check, and I suppose they added more check like this since it's probly not Hard-Coded (inside the code server itself).
(You can try to type "M+M-O_(I)N=N", it won't show, because it only checks letters.)
This is because of the site mmoinn(.org), Looks like Blizzard didn't want anyone to speak of this site, more than any other.

IMHO it's blocked because of MMO-INN gold seller
wow gold, buy wow gold,World of Warcraft Gold, wow Power Leveling,Warcraft Power Leveling
Fun Fact - When you are in WSG or AB, if you pick up, return the flag, or capture places such as the farm. It doesn't show up in the chat for anyone because; your name is not allowed to be spoken. I'd assume its like this for when you turn in the head for the dragonslayer's buff as well.
xD This is nice! +rep
tried it a minute ago on a german server
can't say it so works, nice!
very, very cool find.
Tried creating a couple of toons with blocked names and it won't allow me to login. I can login to all my other toons just fine.
There is (or was, not sure at the moment) a DataBaseClient-File called 'SpamMessages.dbc' in this file are many of these sites and words listed.
It looks like this: \s*m\s*m\s*o\s*i\s*n
The \s prevents you from using 'Space' between the letters. The * means that it doesn't matter how much 'Space's you use.
The second version looks like this: [rn|m][^a-z]*[rn|m][^a-z]*[0o][^a-z]*[1i][^a-z]*n[^a-z]
So you can't write m a m a o a i a n, mm0in, mmo1n or rnrnoin. (rn looks like m in WoW chat).
Sorry if it's hard to understand my english, tried my best ;)
EDIT: Oh yeah, this is a common method but I forgot the name.
EDIT2: Would be nice if one of you could try to write 'rnrnoin' in WoW chat, if it doesn't work you can take this name too, if mmoin is already taken.
Here are all names I found and you can use 'rn' instead of 'm'.
That may be the reason why 'mmoin' is not allowed.Code:itembay gmworker zlywy wowsupplier gamebmo mmobay goldease cheapwowgolds brogame wowba helpugame ogs goldenlvl happygm lovemmo golddepot vgbargain gamepower godofgold thsale offgamers mysupersales igxe ezgaming whoyo buywowgame mmocoin gamepals

What about if you hack yourself into the flag room of Wintergrasp.. would anyone notice that? :P Cause there won't be a message
Is it possible to recieve a warning or a timed ban for choosing a name like that? Blizzard could say, that you are advertising for this sites with this name, couldn't they?
