You need to do it just as you hit the ground, BUT some people might be a bit laggy so do it maybe half a second after.

Guys, this is definately client side. I asked it to a whole party in AB and in WSG, and they said I was standing while turning, and not sitting. Sorry m8, but really nice find tho

i now for sure other people can see it.. it may be only people on your server though. im not sure.

Okay guys, there is no timing trick.
Get spinning while standing, and then jump.
Anytime after you hit the ground is fine to hold down X.
