Not work with me. I tested NoGCD of Bart + QuickTrack; NoGCD only. the same result.

The idea that someone managed to accidently manage to decrease GCD is just not happening. Why Apoc would make a tracking hack when theres plenty around already is beyond me, this is probably its true function
