Nope, you can't. And of course you can get banned for abusing the system, you have just been lucky, some get away, some dont.

Ty its works,
first i did that then i saw 2 characters one the normal and the second is the same name but with random numbers then i wont could login to both of them so i went again to look what fail and i saw that i need to click "pay" becasue of fake method and then its say i cant and remove my request and now i logged to my account and i saw only 1 char with the random digits and when i try to login with him its say i am flagged to change name :P

Brick wall be hitted. If it's real, then idk man, bad luck I guess. The only thing I can advise for other people is to not go telling anyone you got it free and just say you paid for it and don't change names too often.

Aye it would seem you won't be able to keep the second char :< ah well. Glad it's working out for people anyway.
