[Arena] Mechano-Hog CC Exploit

There have been 1 or 2 posts about this in the past, but none of them included screenshots or videos, just cryptic paragraphs that were hard to understand, and they were from a while ago. This is to confirm that it works now, and to confirm that it works in arenas.

Here is an exploit that could be very useful for any 2v2 team where both partners have a mechano hog going against a rogue team

Step 1) Get sapped by a rogue
Step 2) Jump in your partner's mechano hog
Step 3) ????
Step 4) Profit

To run away after getting stunned in an arena. Like a getaway car.

Although I don't see how this would be useful, other than at the very beginning of an arena match.

Well, the beginning is very important in Arena since you wanna open instead of being opened. This can reset the opener. PROFIT

Not to be the one that screams Repost, I'll just say this is as old as time (well atleast old as when the Mecha-Hog was released).

Now I'll admit I haven't seen a thread with THIS specific method (staying unmounted and then clicking on your partner's hog after the cc is applied), but there have been many similar ways. In the begining you couldn't get controlled at all if you were either the passanger or even the driver! Ofcourse that was back when it was a vehicle for the driver aswell, instead of a mount. So alternative abuses of the vehicle mechanic are pretty common sense.

Regardless, nice find! Though I doubt they'll leave it working for long

yeah i guess people already knew about it, but the posts on mmowned have no screenshots or videos, and like you said it is a different method then most, along with a video to show how to do it, just trying to help out

This is quite old tbh, works with mammoth mount aswell.

I know it is "quite old" but there are some people on the forum that still probably haven't heard of this, which is mainly why i posted it because in the past, the people who posted it made it too hard to understand because they never added anything besides text

i dont know exactly what you mean but anyone who trinkets sap before a rogue opens is pretty dumb to begin with and shouldnt be in arena, if that answers your question

are you sure it works with stuns, cause since the last patch i can't hop on a hog anymore in combat :confused:
