Actually, if you use Spiked Collar - Item - World of Warcraft that drops from Lord Malathrom - NPC - World of Warcraft(a rare spawn in Duskwood) you could summon 2 fel hunters at once without being a warlock. I do not know if the Spiked Collar felhunter works in arenas or not, but that is where your second one would come from.

Spiked Collar is unique and BoP, but from what I have seen on my server he is up quite often.

Too bad it is consumed after using it once. The is also a Felhound Whistle from Shizz Work in Hellfire peninsula, need to check that one.
