summon two felhunters as any class

in his newest movie unmercey used to summon two felhunters which help him in the fight.
Maybe someone can explain me how to do this?

I believe it's a quest item

i have the spell with my gm char but i have to trace it back to its item ..
maybe i will have the answer soon.

Edit: Have to setup my private Realm again and try all my ids .. maybe i will have luck ..

I think your a looking for the item Fel Orb - Item - World of Warcraft think this was the item i used back at 60 to get 2 felhunters
