you need to equip it, not keep it, theres not exploit in buying a tabbard and selling it again

working as intended because you have an hour or 2 time span to return an item unless you enchant it or gem it etc.

Repost. It is still the same idea: Buy your items, use them and give them back for full refund before they expire.
