Can someone call NASA? We got some monkeys here they may be interested in. How the balls is having a level 39 being able to equip a level 70+ trinket not an exploit? This is absolutely, 100%, and in every way an exploit.

On one hand I find it hard to understand how anyone could be so ignorant as to think otherwise.

On the other, my past experiences somehow keep me from being surprised.

The fact that it is a BC rep, and the iLvl is appropriate for a level 70 item,
it's kind of given that IT IS a 70 item.

please do research before you post. the way this is obtained is having a warlock summon you and 80s kill a mob that grants rep. then once your are honored, you can do the Shartuul's Transporter event.
