Disconnect yourself quickly

While being extremely bored in Gnomer today I went spinning around using my mouse (holding right click and dragging my mouse back and forth quickly) I disconnected within about 5 seconds. I'm guessing this is because you are sending too many packets to the WoW server or something.

I have heard using the TCPack guides increases the amount of packets you send to get a better response time on games.

I might add a quick video tonight if I get bored, or feel free to make one yourself showing you doing this. Sorry if this is "Useless".

Yea I don't know what you're doing but I used to do that all the time and it never had any effect on my connection.

Sounds like you've got a bad connection to me. Alt+F4 is alot easier and quicker.

Spinning fast like this in early WoW (around January 2005) used to disconnect you like you say. But they fixed it in a patch, its in a patch note somewhere - I read them often.

So it might have something to do with your modifications.

But as people have said - there are better ways to disconnect yourself - like the macro or alt-F4, so this puts itself into the "No Useless" category

you quit all your hazle.. and either do Alt+F4 or make macro saying this
