You're surprised about that? They know about these sites and fix everything they can. It probably didn't help that this was a very public exploit, with everyone and their dog knowing how to do it eventually. It's also a very visible exploit, everyone could see it which would get people talking about it.

Kinda sad - this was my "go afk and look cool" method - I would pop an Ogre Suit/Rituals of the New Moon and fire away at people - Now all it does is make your hands looks like they are on fire when you activate macro or if you are mounted leaves a small trail of fire
