You don't have to do anything special not get the "Dungeon Deserter" Debuff...

Just be in combat and leave the party -_-

No need to be dead or anything...
Just IN COMBAT!

It does not work cuz :

when you enter a dungeon you will recieve the dungeon cooldown debuff which prevents you to enter another dungeon in 15 mins.

The dungeon deserter debuff can be avoided I don't know haven't tried it yet but still you have the other one ...



edit : the second part works , so if dungeon cooldown disappeared just get in combat and leave party. It works but still you have to wait 15 mins and under 15 mins a complete dungeon can be cleared.
