Thick armor kit on Level 11 Armor

Well i just noticed that Thick Armor Kit - Item - World of Warcraft

Can be used on items lower then level 25, i just used it on a level 11 armor on my character and it worked no problem.... (my character is level 30+ but havent changed armor yet)

And i geuss some people will say "NO USELESS"
well i dont really see this as useless since it makes level 19 twinks get a little more armor for example....

And for all the flamers this is an Exploit since it cleary says can only be used on level 25 items or higher....

Working as intended. There is a built in level requirement of 25 (character, not item) that must be met. Since your character is over level 25 you are receiving the benefit.

Great. Unfortunately there is still no exploit here; a level 19 twink will not receive any benefit from this because they aren't level 25. The only thing interesting about this is that the tooltip on the item is incorrect.

yes lvl 19 twinks get the 40 armo The World of Warcraft Armory il get apic later if u want if u look on my armo it says 90 + cape enchant gives 50 and leg kit 40

You can apply the enchant, however you will get no benefit until you're level 25.

tell me why my lvl 12 druid get the 40 armo then pls when i log on it dosent say req lvl 25 or anything like the shoulder enchant does say req 70

By the way Robbe, item level (iLevel) is not the same as required level Item level - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft
Item level is.
Green quality: minLevel = (iLevel - 142) / 4 + 70
Blue quality: minLevel = (iLevel - 134) / 4 + 70
Epic : minLevel = 80

(132 - 99)/(64-45) = 1.74 armor/ilvl
(76 - 64) * 1.74 + 132 = 152.8 152.8 * 1.2 = 183.4 -> 183 armor.
I.e. Belt of Arugal - Item - World of Warcraft have the iLevel of 29 but required level 20, you can still enchant as the iLevel is 25+.

Just a tip. The Thirk Armor Kit can be used on Haliscan Pantaloons or Tuxedo Pants and any level character WILL recieve the extra +40 armor. This enchant does not have a level requirement if the item level is above 25.
