Before you get started, open up a p2p program like kazaa or bearshare and start downloading/uploading like a madman.. You'll need the lag to inject the code.

Now, what you need to do is load up your character, and run into an instance. Any instance will work, but the laggier the better. Once you've hit the loading screen, quickly alt-tab and select your Realm and which weapon slot you want to create the bugged item onto. Click the Create button and immediately leave the game. Restart 5 minutes later and you should have a bugged item!

Yeah, it'd be tough. You'd have to somehow find a way to make your network card external, add a hotkey to make you lag, and then activate the program in order to get that much lag. Plus it doesn't work anyway. So.
