If u go to scalawan point at howlin fjord theres a ghost ship that cruises and u just can enter it when it stops!
Or not if ur a Death knight or shaman or any other class that can run on water u can stay infront of the ship while it moves and if u jump ur in the boat

Its the ghost ship where u can accept and turn in quests pics will follow in a minute

its a fast way to enter it
all the other classes have to wait for 5 mins till it settles at the dock

Or you can just go under it without any water walking ability and keep jumping, you'll get there eventually. I've done both so it doesnt really require water walking to do it, its just a bit easier thats all.
