Tip for AH and Shat return trip

For those who aren't into PvP and don't care, people may already be doing this, but ... I thought i'd post it anyway for those who don't know.

If you need to goto the AH, but don't want to use your HS. Goto Shat!

Step 1) Start in Shattrath City, Join a medium join time Battleground. Something like Arathi Basin or anything that's not really "popular" but has say a 3 min timer or however long you think it'd take you to do your AH stuff.

Step 2) Take a portal to Ironforge or Stormwind (whatever you think).

Step 3) Do your AH stuff, and when your Battlegroup pops, enter, and /afk out. Then you are ported back to Shattrath... voila.

You can use this for AH or any other "portal" that is there. IE Darnassus and Bloodelf-lamedome...

thats only really useful for other people really. i.e. you invite a friend into group whos at zg or so, and wants to go to shat, so you queue them up in shat as group for pvp and let them afk out. but that stuff is old school .

The better way to check AH when you are in shattrath, place your HS in shattrath, go to stormwind, do your stuff, then go to stockades, enter, invite a friend, make him leader, leave group and wait 1 minute

... and notice that your healthstone is now on cooldown for 60 minutes, just as if you'd simply clicked your hearthstone.

(Auto-hearth from instance is only helpful if you hearthstone is already on cooldown, in which case you get an early hearth, and another 60 minute cooldown).

Yes, BG "queue hearth" is useful. No, instance hearth is not.
