EDIT: Nevermind, I found how to become a "Donator" to view elite stuff. TY ^bE qUiEt for pointing this out to me.

I think the buff only stays in northrend.
I flew to wintergrasp and had it
Teleported to dalaran and had it.
Took the portal to orgrimmar and it was gone.
Earlier i took teleport to gadgezan (enrineering) and it faded aswell.

So now i just gonna find somewhere to us it in northrend

Well, like I said I wasn't able to access the Elite forums, so using the search function is pretty much null unless you pay money (which I did after it was too late).
