Stratholme Baron run, no minibosses

Worked for me! Not always, once the door to baron was still closed after I opened all the crates I could find.

Used to be my best run is 11 minutes doing all 3 mini's and all the mobs in the slaughter but now can be done under 5 if you don't aggro any add at all.

Only drawback with BG afk is 15 minutes debuff and it put me at the GY by live side not the closer backdoor dead side Also shorter run time = hitting 5 instance per hour easy.

If you were able to get to baron without any adds, you can run out there will NOT be the usual 100+ non elite adds chasing after you.

great find, works like a charm

seems that opening or just running over a fake supply crate makes the next gate or door disappear.
It works on the 2 gates of the rat-trap, the 2 gates to slaughter square, and the 2 doors to the baron's room

It seems one crate opens the first gate, one opens the seccond(its not a set number. its a specific crate?) and same with the first and second door to Baron

I didn't test this but can't you just use the old ghetto hearth method to get out of the instance again right after killing Baron? according to what Blizzard said they would teleport you to the nearest graveyard.

For those that wants to try it out, ghetto hearth:
/invite X
/promote X
/script LeaveParty()

Also the old method to reset and instance should work. Do the ghetto hearth and relog before the timer runs out?

For one, you don't know that the guy read this on the WoW forums and then posted it here. Hey may have discovered it himself (or may not have, but who cares). The fact is, even if the guy did read that post, he went to the trouble of testing it himself, writing up a post about it, posting his own video of it, and sharing it with us (and you probably never would have heard about it otherwise, until it was fixed).

So how about you give the QQ a rest. You've been working on contib for six months? Cry me a river. The guy found a leet exploit that hasn't been posted here, he tested it himself, provided his own video and wrote his own post. I'm not sure what more you could want. Frankly I don't care whether it was the post on the WoW forums that got him to try it or not. Did anyone else see the post, try it for themselves and post the results here? No.

I hate ppl that got mount in 2-10kills. I killed him 200+ times since they started to count how many times u killed him, and probably 900+ times before increase drop rate... And still no mount!!!
But well at least i got raptor mount in less then 20kills :P
