Change the matron patron title

Well today i got the titel matron on my female char but i noticed when ever i got sheeped it changed to patron.

so i tried some other stuff,

I used Iron Boot Flask - Item - World of Warcraft ( iron boot flask) and then used Orb of the Sin'dorei - Item - World of Warcraft ( Orb of the Sin'dorei)

and then my title changed to the male version. Im guessing this works with the Savory Deviate Delight also.

It will be changed while you have the buff that changes the title (so it's temporary). You'll also get a green flash and a message telling you that you gained a title and lost one.

This also works the other way if you drink 8 pigmy oils and use the orb of the sindorei, as a male
