You do not "NEED" northrend flying for this. With the loaner gryphon you can go slightly west of the citadel and there is a break in the wall where you see snow coming down, this area is considered storm peaks, so fly along the edge, aim for the top of the area you want to farm at and fly right over!

ok, question, would an averege-ish gear 72 hunter be able to mangage this spot?

Hunters aren't very good at AOE farming so it wouldn't get you as much XP as it would a mage/warrior/pally/etc, but at 72 you should be able to manage, and if you can kill 8-12 a minute like OP you'll get a half million an hour, then it's nice.

Confirmed, but unless you have mad clicky skills you need a healer class, tried on my dk but max up time before i died from the fog 1,5k a tic was 2 mins. so kinda useless unless your a healer class.

ah it's a cool spot, I play as DK 75, I have find a place where I have only 2 button to push to kill those mobs, so I xp while looking the TV^^

This place works great!
Just came here and in my thoughts this whole place would be mobs with like 3k HP so i could just set an auto mouse clicker to spam Seed of Corrupion and right click all around my screen to loot, but no, the mobs got 12k HP (bummer :/ ) But, on the bright side, it is like 0.5 sec respawn time! On my 4th kill i got Bracers of Accurate Fire - Item - World of Warcraft pewpew leet hax

Allright, so I kinda mde my own "bot" using On-Screen-Keyboard (OSK) and Auto-Mouse-Clicker (AMC)
- Primitive, I know -
Anyways, I'm a lvl 80 lock (Destruction ofc). Now, if you want to do what i did then open up the OSK (Open up the "Run" program that all computers got, type in osk and it will launch, now get an automouse clicker that can make events. Simply make it click on Tab (By default, this will target the closest mobs in front of you). Then make it click on whatever number/button you got your spells on, on my case i just had to do Immolate -> Incinerate (4 and 1 in my case) remember to set the waiting time between each click so it has time to cast, and, if you lag, it will have time for that too. Then make it just click 3-4 random spots right in front of you (Right-Click, as you will be looting here). And thats it, now just loop this.

A problem can be that you might run oom, or go low on HP, imo a healing class. Lets say a resto shaman would be awesome for this, just make it use Water Shield, Lesser healing and spam some shocks/Lightning bolt.

The reason why I used OSK instead of some smartass macro to target the closest mob was that my AMC sometimes bugged out a little, if oyu check the options for OSK you will see an option where it plays a little click when a button is pushed. This is great in case your AMC sometimes bugs out, just set your volume quite low so the click sound aint disturbing you, then go watch TV or something, and sometimes listen, if you cant hear the "click" sound your AMC is bugged

So anyways, i had this running for an hour last night, got 6 stacks of Frostweave, 5 greenies, 1 Blue, alot of trash and 35g (pure money, after selling trash and greenies to vendor I earned 115g, The blue was worth 70g at the AH on my server and the cloth went to my rogue to skill up First Aid)

Conclusion; Far from the best place to farm, if you are going to farm, i would recomend going to Storm Peaks, at Valkyrion there you will find some "angel-looking-mobs" these drop trash thats worth ALOT. But if you are just going to make a primitive bot like i did, this place is great!

yeah they indeed spam fast . the big problem is how to get there . if you are level 77 you dont wanna grind those mobs .if you are lower you must complete the quest chain but that has a level 74 limit so I'm using wallclimb and slow fall to jump over there from a cliff in Storm Peaks.

You can ask a lock to summon you but he must summon you every time you gear ****ed up ... bit complicated.
