What's he's saying is that there is an AOE Grinding spot right on TOP of Voltarus in northern Zul'Drak.

It's a pretty common place, I've been grinding there for a while (started at 72). There are 4 groups of 3 Geists on the very top of the floating Voltarus that respawn pretty quickly. Just run around in circles around the top to gather them together.

Normal XP for 74-75, only advantage is that it's a little quieter and not often used. Most people grind Scholazar Basin Venture Co. mobs instead because of the better drops and the mining nodes.

Unfortunately, the mobs are 74-75. Good to grind starting from 72, but you need a flying mount to get on top! =] You could get a Warlock to summon you there, but it's not a great place to AOE grind when you're 77+.

Yeah, it's really fast respawn it's at the top. Great for leveling up weapon skills too.

Basically its where you finish the Drakuru quest chain and meet The Lich King, you either need a flying mount or be on the last part of the quest chain to get up there.

Exp wise, they give about the same as other mobs but they spawn instantly so if you can kill fast, you're really rack up the exp, great spot

This has been posted here before, several times infact, but it was so long ago I can't be bothered trying to get the link.
But basically, if you are after exp, you should do the quest chain leading up to "Betrayal" then talk to Drakkaru and begin the quest event, you will be asked to use some charm item on one of the trolls.
These trolls should be used to kill Drakkaru, but can be used to kill the Blight Geists instead, the trolls hit for around 7k and have this little heal move that will heal the blight fog off for a little while, but you will have to try get a little hit on the geists before the troll 2 shots them.

So to summarise:
1. Do the quests which lead to Betrayal
2. Accept the quest Betrayal
3. Start the event for Betrayal
4. Charm one of the trolls
5. Use the troll to kill the fast respawning giestainstead of Drakkaru
