    I can confirm this aswell, I noticed that I had 7 seal's instead of 5 (which should be max/day) while handing in the quest close to the reset at 3:am so +rep to you! ^^

    I had my yesterdays tournament dailys in my book and returned them around 1pm server time and was still able to pick up new weapon daily ^^
