Right say for example your flying from IF to Sw but you pressed on duskwood by mistake... now your flying along like **** WTF i never meant to do that well there is a way to still stop at SW and not waste so much time... yeah sure you've spent more money but this will save you money in the long run...

Right what you do is at any point in the flight between the point of take off from IF to the point where you pass by SW and it takes the money... all you have to do in mid flight is log off and then back on and woot... you land at SW

Not really an exploit just a little trick... and i have no idea if this has been posted before

actually your not charged the whole thing at once. if you look closely you'll see that you are charged for each stop as you fly over them.

yep, double post. i logged off when flying and then back on and it just kept flying. i got farther but wasnt instantly there like you said

Nope i never said you are instantly there i said that you do not fly anything further than the next closest FP to you, basically once you log off the game loses memory of where you were flying to so it flys to the closest FP..

its with the linked FP's say you want to goto BB - SW but.. u accidently hit IF( >.< i just did this yesterday) now instead of going to BB-SW-IF(which u would do becuase they are linked FP's) you.. BB-LogOut-SW then it wont goto IF..

I've been using this for a while now, as it's almost common knowledge by now (not trying to brag but leading to what i'm about to say);
The way i do it is ALT+F4 right before i land at the flight path that I want to stop at. This works every time. A few times however, the gryphon bugs out and goes berserk. By this i mean it flies UNDERGROUND, in circles, THROUGH BUILDINGS, and all on random paths. The bird just goes insane. Eventually though it will appear to "clip" back onto the original flight path.

For example, i war flying from theramore to Silithus. I wanted to stop in tanaris to grab my NR gear for the Huhu fight that i forgot. I ALT+F4'd like normal. When i logged back in, the bird went berserk as described above. After some time I was spiraling in every which direction the bird eventually worked its way almost to theramore at which point it crossed the original flight path that it had taken to tanaris in the first place and "clipped" on to it (meaning it jumped onto the original path) and flew me back to tanaris.

This event has happened to me about 3 or 4 times and seems to be a rare occurrence, but when it does happen it's kind of cool. I've tried many times to recreate it but with no luck. Not sure exactly what was going on...

I would normally dismiss it as a server burp, or something along the lines, but I have heard rumors of people using gryphons/bats to exploit (intentionally) to places that are originally unreachable.

this doesnt work for me :s i was flying from IF to South Shore and my equipment was kind of damaged so i wanted to stop in menethil. Logged out, and it still flew me to South Shore
