Off topic but why would he have a melee procing trinket? the 84crit should be easily replaced

It is confirmed by Ghostcrawler, the trinket does proc of ranged hit and the tooltip is, indeed a bug. It is the forth of fifth best trinket in the game for Hunters at the moment.
