Retardin's Vindication

Ok I have had a paladin for very long and all I can say that this is veeeeery far from an exploit. Might help only FOTM rerollers. This has been working with exorcism proccing vindication on undead mobs for ages and its the same now.
This is how it is intended to work - every damaging ability can and most likely will proc Vindication (Read the talent tooltips when you roll a class for God's sake).

If there are two palladins and they both do this will it stack such that the first one drops max hp to 80% and the second one drops the new hp max another 20%?

confirmed... it's working on elites too, if they are not immune to vindication... did it on some northrend elites and mostly on vanilla wow elites while questing... the giants from feralas got from ~6500 to ~5200 hp

It's a random proc on all spells and damage and it does proc really often anyway, it's not a 100% chance since i've just checked.

But on another note, absolutely awesomesauce in arena for keeping multiple targets in combat in arena. It does deal damage, it's a 1 holy damage with sp/ap modifier, but thats another story :P

Gives the Paladin's damaging attacks a chance to reduce the target's attributes by 20% for 15 sec.

I've found this bug at lvl 30 and i've been using it till now(level 51, 72hours banhammer for gold exploit...) and i didn't had any unproc'd hits with hand of reckoning, except the resists ofc...

it changes only the total hp... but the exploit stands in applying vindication on a mob without damaging him, and you would start from 800hp not from 1000hp like the mob initially had...

Hand of Reckoning does damage. It does 1 damage, but damage nonetheless.

this is a chance on hit, but while using this other skill it makes it 100% chance?
