Portable Oil Collector

Sorry if this is a repost or whatever. I searched and found nothing.

Basically in the quest Fueling The Project you get an item called a Portable Oil Collector which you place on an oil spill. When the Portable Oil Collector is deployed you can stand on it. Nothing real fantastic but maybe someone can find a use for it?

Again, sorry if you find it useless but i'm just trying to contribute.

This would be fixed fast, I mean if you can spawn a item where ever you like and you can jump on it and climb up things... yeah. :P
