When you do Deep Freeze, you get 1 charge of Fingers of Frost. Working as intended, read patch notes.

Exactly, he's saying when Fringers of Frost procs, you cast your first Frostbolt, you cast your second Frostbolt, as your reaching the end of your second Frostbolt - You spam Deep Freeze. Result is, 3 spells treated as the target is Frozen, where as its only supposed to be 2.

lol these are common senses and this is also kinda repost. And its not even a bug to use like "next spell has 200% bonus damage" and you use like frostbolt and ice lance after that. <- its meant to be like that, not a glitch

No, its not supposed to be like that or blizzard would have made it 3 charges.
It is an exploit but it also is common sense though, for the same reason as Ice lance combo's are. Your getting more than your supposed to.

blizzard even mentioned about that in some patch, nothing negative, they just told that it works now with some different spell or something

People already know about this, you just posted it using a different ice spell.

Ex:
1 poster: Frostbolt, frostbolt imediately after, icelance.
