Actually in the video it doesn't show you equipping anything inside the arena.. just shows you running around with nothing but tabard.

LOL whoops, sorry. usually as soon as i get in the arena i equip all ym gear. but yea you can equip it b4 the game starts. sorry bout that.

i believe you can only find which teams on what side if there's a tab by going up to the door and hitting tab.
