Survive zombie explosion

Just had this happen with a friend who was a zombie, we were dueling and he used zombie explosion, but survived and went to 1 health because we were in a duel. Might help if you're attacking a town

And how are u supposed to duel inside a town? correct me if im wrong but that doesnt work.

would it be possible to duel, run to populated area, and use it before duel timer ends?

You can duel in Ironforge, there's a place near the bank, behind the column all the way back in the corner, it still works, been there for months. Just have someone show you, most people know about it.
